Speeding and DUI

In Virginia it doesn’t take much to get ticketed for reckless driving or DUI. Moreover being convicted of reckless driving is a class one misdemeanor making it a criminal offense.  Being convicted of DUI is just as serous if not more serious than being convicted of reckless driving.
