If you have a family or you own a business you should have a will and perhaps even a modest trust. If you don’t when you die your assets may be distributed to individuals that you did not want included in your estate. Moreover having a estate plan is generally not that complicated. It includes a will, a durable power of attorney and an advanced medical directive.
